Weekly Inspiration

This edition of Weekly Inspiration is all about motivation.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, drink more water, exercise more or cutting out negative thoughts...the key is the same: motivation.

The thing about motivation though is that it doesn't last.  You can be motivated as hell one morning:

Today is the day I'm going to start working out!  I am going to be awesome, I can do it!

 ...and wake up the next morning wanting to give up.  It happens to everyone.  When it happens to me, I like to  remind myself of this simple quote:


Every day is a new day and every new day presents a new choice.  You can choose to give up OR, you can  give yourself another dose of encouragement & go for it!  Unlearning certain bad habits & replacing them with positive changes isn't something you can accomplish in a day.  It can take awhile to adjust to a new way of doing things, don't give up.  Whatever you use to get you motivated is fine, just remember to 're-apply' daily ;)
