It's time for another edition of Weekly Inspiration - and this one is about staying active during the colder Winter months. Coincidentally, this week around here (eastern Canada) we've been in an intense deep freeze with temperatures staying around -35 to -40 with the windchill! Brrrrrr!!!
Bone-chilling weather aside, staying active in the Winter months can be a challenge for some people. I know, I used to be one of them Nowadays though, I find that I am more active during the colder months than at any other time. If you make sure to dress accordingly to the weather there is no reason not to stay active! Plus there are SO many FUN ways to make the most out of the snow! Even more than fun, the peaceful stillness of the Winter season does wonders for the spirit :)

You can Snowshoe - Build an Igloo...
Go sledding - or even Skiing!
Remember: Dress according to the weather! If you're comfortable, you'll be able to fully enjoy this wonderful, albeit chilly season!
